Brooke Kehres
Owner and Founder
Brooke Kehres brings nearly two decades of experience helping organizations create learning solutions that drive business results. With a career rooted in top-tier professional services—spanning over ten years with Accenture and Deloitte—Brooke has a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful content that empowers learners to tackle their organization’s most complex challenges.
As the founder of Kehres Services LLC, Brooke partners directly with clients across a range of industries, including professional services, telecommunications, healthcare, insurance, hospitality, manufacturing, and retail. Her background gives her a strategic lens and deep understanding of how to translate business needs into effective learning experiences.
Brooke is a certified facilitator, holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and is highly skilled in a variety of instructional design tools and technologies. Brooke earned her undergraduate degree from the McDonnell-Barksdale Honors College at the University of Mississippi where she graduated with honors and her MBA from the University of Georgia.
Jeb Kehres
Owner and Founder
Jeb Kehres brings more than 25 years of experience helping organizations solve their toughest challenges with creative, results-driven solutions. With a strong foundation in learning and development, Jeb has designed and delivered impactful programs across professional services, public sector, retail, and technology industries.
As founder of Kehres Services LLC, his work spans new hire onboarding, continuing education, and cross-training initiatives—each crafted to build skills, boost performance, and deliver real business value. Jeb is known for his clear, pragmatic approach and relentless focus on creating straightforward solutions that empower employees and set organizations up for long-term success.
Jeb earned his undergraduate degree from Kennesaw State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He has also been a featured conference speaker on his research related to undergraduate students' view of use of AI in the university setting.
Ari Kurtz
Strategy and Growth Lead
Ari Kurtz brings a strategic, big-picture mindset grounded in real-world experience—making him a trusted advisor to organizations navigating growth, transformation, and innovation. He has over 25 years of business experience ranging from his work as a small-business CEO to consulting with the C-suites of Fortune 50 companies to serving as a board member and board chair for a regional non-profit. In 12 years at Google as a sales, marketing, and digital expert, he led teams that helped big brands (like Home Depot, Comcast, Lowe's, and others) formulate strategy, transform for the digital age, and innovate.
Ari's career started in small-business; he led a company with $1.5 million in revenue, growing sales, enhancing operations, and learning how all of the moving parts of a business fit together. He also spent six years in management consulting, which includes time at Booz Allen Hamilton consulting firm and with a boutique, California-based firm focused on strategy and innovation.
Ari earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Stanford University and his MBA from the University of Georgia, where he has also served on the curriculum advisory board.
